1. Pet Nat Rosé 2024 – Charalaboglou Wines
A refreshing Pet Nat from Serres, made from Agiorgitiko and Mavroudi grapes. On the nose, aromas of sour cherry, watermelon, ripe strawberry, and raspberry. Medium-bodied, with lively acidity.

2. Wanderlust Rosé 2024 – Hatzivaritis Estate
A gastronomic rosé by Chloe Hatzivaritis, made from Xinomavro. It has a herbal profile, yet at the same time offers lovely juicy red fruit. On the palate, this fruit beautifully intertwines with the variety’s signature tomato-leaf character and high acidity.

3. Rosé de Haritatos 2024 – Haritatos Estate
In this bottle, Kefalonia and Mavrodaphne come together beautifully. A much-loved variety in rosé form, revealing aromas of quince, sour cherry, and pink grapefruit, with an impressively long finish.

4. Assyrtiko 2024 Oak Aged – Karadimos Estate
A new release from the young and talented Vasilis Karadimos in Atalanti. An Assyrtiko in which 50% ferments and matures for eight months in French oak barrels, while the other 50% ages in tank. Aromas of butter and minerality, lemons, and a very full body balanced by crisp acidity.

5. Lychnos 2023 – Dourakis Winery
A Vidiano from Chania, aged for six months, with aromas of apricot, peach, and lemon. Its moderately rich, oily body is balanced by lemony acidity. This is one of those varieties that evolves beautifully in bottle, with ageing potential of four to five years.

6. Mavro Kalavrytino Nature 2025 – Tetramythos Winery
One terroir I especially love is mountainous Aigialeia, and this wine is made from one of our most distinctive varieties, one I strongly believe in. Aromas of cinnamon, liquorice, eucalyptus, and bay leaf, together with red fruit and crisp acidity, make for a deeply satisfying wine in the glass.

7. Tsapournakos 2021 – Kamkoutis Vineyard
From Velvento, Kozani, Tsapournakos — a rare clone of Cabernet Franc — offers aromas of sour cherry, cherry, juicy plum, blackcurrant, and violet, alongside beautifully integrated tannins.

8. Pieria Eratini Winery, Efches Eratines Glykys 2015
A sweet Malagousia from Pieria. Candied quince and apricot, honey, and an unexpected espresso note on the finish. The ideal finale to end a dinner on a sweet note.
