
Ingredients
- 4 egg yolks
- juice of 2 lemons
- 1 tbsp. Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp. white vinegar
- 500 ml olive oil
- 500 ml sunflower oil
- salt, pepper
Instructions
In a blender, beat the yolks with the lemon, mustard and vinegar. Gradually add the oils, continuing to beat, until our mayonnaise has the desired smooth texture.
